If you're reading this, I want you to know how much I love you. You're not even here yet. Actually, you haven't even been created.
But you are already so loved.
I can't wait until your daddy and I see that positive pregnancy test. It will be the first time we know of your existence! I know we will scream and cry and laugh and dance.
And we'll pinch each other just to make sure we're not dreaming.
I can't wait to carry you in my tummy. I can't wait to see you grow and feel your kicks. I can't wait to sing to you and talk to you and imagine what you'll be like and who you'll become.
I can't wait to just be your mommy.
I want you to know that your dad and I are doing everything we can to create you. We've hit some bumps along the way (we'll tell you about those when you're older), but we aren't giving up.
We won't give up.
We love you far too much to turn away now. Your mom and dad are a very stubborn, very determined couple and we do not quit, no matter how hard it gets.
Every day I dream about meeting you for the first time and holding you in my arms. I dream about your smile. I dream about hearing you laugh and celebrating your milestones and rocking you to sleep.
If you're reading this, I want you to know that your dad and I have saved a GIGANTIC spot in our hearts... just for you.
It's empty right now, but it won't be like that forever.
